Bookings and Payments
- Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
- All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking that is unpaid or contains false information.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for assessing their fitness and health before joining any trek or activity.
- You must follow safety instructions and local laws at all times.
Cancellations and Refunds

- If Thripzel cancels/changes an event due to weather, safety, or external circumstances, alternate options or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the environment.
- Illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event/trip with no refund.
Liability & Insurance
- Thripzel is not liable for loss, injury, accident, or damages except where required by law.
- Personal insurance is strongly recommended.
Data Privacy
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
